    Bulking stage: Resistence vs. Cardio

    I've searched and searched, but to get one clear, conclusive answer seems nearly impossible! So here's my question, if my goal is to add strength and muscle and some weight and maintain overall health, how much, if any, cardio should I be doing during a bulking stage? And if including some cardio is okay during a bulking stage, what sort of and how much cardio should I do?

    You need to be able to get enough calories, primarily protein and carbs, to fuel everything. So gaining weight will benefit from reduction in cardio to save calories.

    You might limit your cardio to a 20 minute warm-up and 10 minutes cooldown before weight training, unless you need more for sports. Bill Pearl recommends that, and maintained a weight of 270 for decades as a vegetarian.
