Virginia Cheese vs. Texas cheese

THis is another one of those things that I know you guys can appreciate...we have to buy soy cheese for Lily, and it's nasty stuff but she loves it (she's never had anything else). We had a hard time finding it in Texas and have to go to a store a ways away...so DH stopped there and bought like 6 bricks of the stuff and just threw 5 of them in the freezer. Well, frozen then thawed tofu-based cheese is NASTY! We had to melt it just to get the girl to eat it. And she won't eat it on it's own and no one can blame her. So now we just buy one or two at a time and keep it in the fridge, and tell her it's just like the cheese she used to have in Virginia, and not the stuff she got in Texas - even tho it's the same thing. And now we have to qualify, YES! It's Virginia cheese we are giving you, not TEXAS cheese lol.

That's cute. Sometimes they are too smart for our own good!
