Bread Cookbook
MrsWhiteCastle posted:
I just got a new cookbook from Amazon. As I was looking through it, there is a section for gluten-free breads. It's not a huge section, but might be worth checking out at a library before buying.

It's called "Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day" by Jeff Hertzberg and Zoe Francois. I haven't tried anything from it yet, but I loved their first book "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day."

I'm excited to start trying some new recipes. Homemade bread and soup is one of my favorite things about Fall.
