    Awesome new bread!

Yay! I feel like dancing! I found a good bread recipe that has soft crust that the girls like. They didn't even ask if they had to eat the crust, they just snarfed it all down. Woo Hoo!!! Now I don't have to cry over Wonder Bread anymore.

Although, I do have a question. How do you store yeast? How do you know if it is still good? I made the bread today, and it tastes good. However, I think it was supposed to raise more than it did. I'm wondering if I my yeast wasn't doing as good as a job as it should.
