HONEY AND MAPLE CINNAMON GLAZED CARROTS

4 cups baby carrots
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Use a 4-quart slow cooker.
Throw everything together in your cooker, and stir to distribute the juice, honey, and spices.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or on high for about 4 hours.
