I love 'em! (really)!

I wanted to share this great blog by Chef Domenica Catelli

Brussels Sprouts
Jis4Judy responded:
Hi Chris I thought I allready respnded to this
But I do love brusselsprouts one of my favorate vegies
the only thing I find hard is that they do require a bit of butter
I steam mine but cut a criss cross in the stem end it helps them cook more evenly . I add butter after streaming pour out the water remove the teamer basket put the sprouts in the pan with just a half Tablesoon of real butter a bit of garlic stir over medium heat and yummy ..
Hugs Judy:)
Elaine Magee, MPH, RD replied to Jis4Judy's response:
Brussels Sprouts are a member of the wonderful cruciferous family of vegetables. i really like them as long as they aren't over cooked. I just had some other day at a deli and they were drizzled with some olive oil and sprinkled with parmesan cheese!
