The other day I was starting to post a dish that I made the other week and I couldnt post the link or the picture of what I made. Is there a trick to do it..?? Anyway, the recipe is "Pork Chops with Blueberry Chipotle Sauce" and they were outstanding. I am going to bring up the pics again here. At least I can write down the recipe:

Pork Chops with Blueberry Chipotle Sauce

3 - 4 Pork chops (good size)
Onion
Fresh garlic (2 cloves chopped)
Blueberry preserves (1/4 cup)
Chipotle powder (1 tsp)
Orange zest (1 tsp)
Olive oil

Saute the garlic and onion with olive oil in the pan till tender. Add pork chops till tender. Add preserves, orange zest and simmer the chops for a little while in the coating, but not too much. You can add a little bit of lemon juice for a juicier sauce.
