    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    what to eat...?
    yiayialou posted:
I have several issues that restrict what I canand can not eat. I can not get a straight answer anywhere as to what I can eat for surethat will not effect one or the other of my issues. I have Diverticulitis, Interticial Cystitis, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Acid Reflux, CAD, and no Gall bladder any more. So I have to be careful about what I eat, right...
Well I am about to loose my mind trying to sort it all out, low/no fat/carb/heart healthy...most counter one another....any help out there?

With such a combination of health issues, you would probably be best served by consulting a professional. If you go to , near the upper right corner, there is a button to "Find a Registered Dietitian." Or, you could call your local health care provider for a referral to a registered dietitian.
