    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

After having a sandwich I made w/ London Broil (from a deli), I began having bad abdominal cramps. Because I have no health insurance, I couldn't go to my doctor. Can someone give me advice? Thank you so much!

    Hi elena121959,

Hope you are feeling a little better now!

You may want to call the deli to alert them of a possible problem.

Our Food Poisoning Health Center may be helpful if you think this is what's going on. If not feeling better please contact at doctor.

You may also want to repost with our Digestive Disorders Community for more member feedback.

Keep up posted on how you are doing,
    Elizabeth

I thought of that, but it only happened once; near the end of the 1/2 lb.. I am not finishing what is left & I took the other 1/2 out of the freezer.
I AM better now; it took a day & night of rest & trial & error on what would make me feel better; soda pop & food w/ fiber.
