Thinking Outside of the Box!

Part of my New Year's Resolution is to clean out the pantry and in doing so I uncovered a few boxes - of prepared meals, full of preservatives and sodium! Upon inspection of the pantry, I found it's healthier, tastier even, to think outside the box:
Here's one made combining whole foods and one starter box:

Zatarain's Low Sodium Jambalaya Mix
Onion
Green & Red Pepper
Garlic
Small low sodium V8
Turkey Sausage or Kielbasa - Sliced on diagonal and quickly sauteed/browned
Shrimp

Saute garlic, onion, peppers until almost soft. Add water, V8 and Jambalaya Mix cook as directed on box. Add sausage and shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.

Think outside of the box and turn something bland into something grand. What will you start with?

use to start with broccoli ,cauliflower,..........bcoz i am vegetarian...........
