I make a couple of things. The fave with my family is Taco Dip.

You just layer the following into a 9" by 9" baking pan in this order:

1 8-ozpackage lowfat cream cheese
1 can fat free refried beans
1 can Hormel Turkey Chili with Beans
1 can chopped green chilis or fresh chopped jalapenos.
1 or 1/2 cup lowfat shredded sharp cheddar

Pop in the oven until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.

Remove from oven and top with fresh chopped Roma tomatoes, Romaine lettuce, onions, and cilantro (to taste).

Can be served hot out of the oven or cooled a bit. We use Tostitoes Multigrain Tortilla Scoops chips.

Get the 15 inch paella pan out and make paella mixta for the cul de sac. Hmmm good.
