    Favorite Seasoning Blends?

    I love to try new seasonings and seasoning blends. Can we share what we all use most?

    Here are mine:

    For veggies & meats --
    McCormick Perfect Pinch

    For fish & chicken
    Panola Blackened Fish Seasoning

    McCormicks Grill Mates Montreal Steak

    I love lemon pepper seasoning for fish, in my tuna , on pork chops etc
    I make my own sort of herbs de Provence with my window box herbs and some dried lavendar that I have growing out back. I just hang clippings upside down till dried, pulse them, stems and all in a food processor and use them on literally everything.
    Couldn't live without dried dill in my tuna.
    And I always add lots of dried sage, some fresh ground black pepper and some ground red pepper to my store bought turkey breakfast sausage before pattying it up to freeze it.

    I think my most favorite, and most used seasoning is Goya Adobo. I do a lot of grilling and most anything I put on the grill gets sprinkled with Adobo.

    I also add it to dishes I cook in the kitchen!

    Hmmm I think I am gonna go make some scrambled eggs right now, with a good sprinkle of Adobo! MMmmMmmmmMM

    Thanks for sharing butterfly! I'll have to forward this to DH (he handles all the grilling)

    A few years ago, I decided to try and make my own taco seasoning because the bag of powder I was using just didn't appeal to me.

    I use this one:

    I cook it with ground turkey for turkey tacos and in the crock pot on chicken breasts.
