    Great start, walking 2 km a day! Why not try interval training? Walk really fast for a bit then slow down to your normal pace. It helps get your heart rate up and makes sure your body doesn't get bored.

    Lifting weights helps you burn more calories and lose fat. It also helps reshape your body so what you already have looks better.

    As far as food, limit processed foods, especially starches, and concentrate on getting more protein, vegetables, and fruit. Try to eliminate white sugar or corn syrup. Read labels. For many people, bread and rice really make them keep weight on. It's okay to have some fat in your diet, especially healthy fats, like olive oil, avocado, coconut oil, sesame oil, and such. Just keep in mind that the more calories you take in, the more you have to burn off.
