    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Hello! I feel your pain I'm a (almost) 20 college student and constantly surrounded by poor eaters which only makes it harder! I'm 5'3 and nearly 140. only 5 short months ago I was 115 but lets just say its been a stressful semester and I ignored my health. To get the motivation I had over the summer I did not focus on the weight I wanted to loose from my 1st year of college I focused on my health. When you focus on a deeper meaning to eating healthy and working out it gives you more motivation. Also, I know you've probably heard this before but record record record what you eat. over the summer I used my fitness pal and it was the perfect app. And never forget it takes three weeks to notice changes to your own body so keep at it and keep your head up when you don't notice the weight you've lost come off your hips yet. patience is your best friend.
