    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    I think that it's great you are looking for help on how to begin to create a healthy eating lifestyle for yourself. With so many options and information, things can definitely get confusing. Here are some tips that I found on cooking and eating healthy that you might find helpful:
    Some important things to remember are to plan well-balanced meals, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly and surround yourself with people who understand a healthy lifestyle and can support you in any way you need.
