Pumpkin Cannelloni for a Thanksgiving Holiday Switch

Tired of turkey already? Okay, probably not. But just in case you wanted something a little different to serve family and friends over the Thanksgiving holiday week, here's a recipe I developed for Pumpkin Cannelloni topped with brown butter and sage. You'll find it in the following article on Thanksgiving entrées.

I am a sucker for pumpkin and squash. You don't happen to have a good butternut squash ravioli recipe do you, Elaine?

Elaine Magee, MPH, RD replied to Barb4545's response:
I love those too! I can usually buy them at Whole Foods or Trader Joes stores. I don't have a recipe for making them home made but the cannelloni is easier to make and I think might satisfy this craving for you.
