I see the post about the healthy cereals and I love any cereal that has fiber. There are so many choices, I found my favorites; Mini Wheat with Cinnamon Streusel and Honey Nut. One morning I wanted some hot cereal I didn't have any oatmeal I experienced with the cereal. If you needed a nice warm-up in the morning. Try this: Put 1/2 cup or more of the flavored Shredded Wheats, then add low fat milk, pop in microwave for 45 secs or so. Now I want that all the time now. Try it, you'll love it.

I know a lot of people who do that with grape nuts and with regular mini wheats or shredded wheat.
