Planned-Over Turkey Dinners

An_249062 posted:
I do "Planned Overs" after Thanksgiving. I bake one turkey and one turkey breast. I stuff my freezer with serving size amounts of turkey in packets, all in 1 or 2 one-gallon plastic bags, freeze 'stuffing balls' made with an ice cream scoop and bag them all together, make gravey cubes in plastic ice cream trays, release and bag, and freeze cranberry rounds right out of the can. Once a week or two for quite a while, I add a vegetable and serve turkey dinner.
