not GERD?!

So, my names Sarah and I have had GI symptoms as long as I can remember and I am only 22 years old. My main symptom is a burning sensation at the back of my throat and sometimes it gets so bad I feel like I'm going to vomit (I never have yet) but it can take a few hours for it to settle down. When I eat food it usually suppresses this burning sensation.

I have been on many acid reflux pills, the strongest ones we have in Canada and they haven't worked. I saw a GI specialist and had a endoscope done, he took biopsies. I got the results today and there is nothing wrong with my GI tract! he even talked about a condition where white blood cells could be attacking my esophagus but he tested for that too and there was no evidence.

I have had this going on since I was around 10 or maybe younger, so I figured why not try the internet and see if anyone can help me! I'd appreciate any suggestions, ideas, anything!

ps. I eat health and I keep active

Sincerely, a girl with a problem!

oh and I also was tested for bacteria in my stomach that could cause possible reflux and that was a negative. There is no sign of any acid going up into my esophagus or throat. And I had a test to see if the flap of skin at the top of my stomach was opening letting acid out into my esophagus and that was a negative too.
