Bloating gassy nasua cant eat

I am 21 soon to be 22 i feel as if there is absolutly nothing i can do. It started when i was 19. I used to drink a lot when i was younger and it basically caught up to me. Or so it seems. For the past 2 years i have been sick to my stomach after every meal. I always feel bloated and gassy and always have to burp through out the day to help my slelf feel better. I also cannot drink liquids during meals or after or basically with anything because of how it feels lik,e it fills me up to the point of wanting to throw up i have lost tons of weight and i havnt been able to eat as much as i used to. I am also always constipated and have lots of anxiety and stress. I am fatigued in the middle of then day when i usually am not being that is have adhd. it always hurts in the upper abdomin but occasionally it just feel bloated through the entire stomach area to the point of me wanting to throw up. i have become very depressed and not in the mood to do much of anything anymore. I take 4 different kind of probiotics along with a presription of DEXILENT that i was prescribed when i was diagnosed with GERD after a endoscopy i had done. I feel like there nohing and nioone to help me i have researched so much and i am soon to go to the doctors once more and try and figure this out. if anyone has input please feel free.....P.S. sorry for the mispelling and grammer.

Cdavis, your mention of fatigue makes me wonder if you might not be experiencing problems with food intolerance issues. Make sure you check on the GI history of those in your family to see if anyone has any history of intolerances such as celiac disease or dairy intolerance - especially to the component in dairy called casein. Food intolerances can produce many of the same symptoms as GERD.

Did the doc rule out the presence of H. pylori the bacterium that is often associated with developing GERD?

Did you change your diet after the diagnosis of GERD? For many just taking meds may not be enough.
