Im not sure if this is what I have. Ive always been a gassy person, meaning I burp a lot and it comes from deep in my gut, but in the last 6 months or so Ice been more gassy and burping a lot more and now over the last month or so sometimes when I burp I actually vomit a little in my mouth. Yes, I know this sounds gross, but I havent gone to the doctor because I there isnt anything life threatening so to speak. Does this sound familiar to anyone>

That statement 'there isn't anything life threatening' may not be completely accurate. Refluxing into the esophagus is something that over time is going to erode the tissues of the esophagus and could end up necessitating removal of that tube due to the development of cancer. Granted, it will probably take some time, but it's not a wonderful thing to have happen and it will compromise your quality of life.

You may want to rethink the idea of not seeing your doctor.

You're gassy because you are allergic to some foods that you eat. You might be Lactose intollerant (dairy products) which can be avoided by OTC Lactain pills and/or other things. Try some Gas-X or similar house brand pills that cover a wider spectrum of allergies before you eat and see what happens.
