I have had this for at least 10 years now and my attacks are getting much more with bad chest pain. I just was at the ER on Thursday thought I was having a heart attack this time. I have had all the test with heart and I too am in the clear this time too. I just wish they knew how to really help us. I have been there with all of you. What can we do to stop the attacks is what I want to know. Some times I am woke up in the middle of the night. I have been eating different nothing is helping.
I am just thinking every attack is this my time and I am not ready to go.

You probably have Angina. I had the same symptom. For cure: Exercise regularly and eat heathly. Take nitroglycerin to reduce pain. But consult with your doctor first.
