Light Weights Will Build Muscles

A new study indicates that you Don't Have to Lift Heavy Weights to build muscle. You will have to lift a lot of light weights, though. Stuart Phillips, PhD, associate professor of kinesiology says, "The secret is simply to pump iron until muscle fatigue sets in."
