    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

    Lost a friend
    NicoleSchaefer posted:
On June 18th of this year I lost a close friend. Ever since then I have been feeling tired all the time, and sad all the time. Im also have been keeping everything bottled up inside. I was wondering what I should do. Could this be depression caused by grief?
    Caprice_WebMD_Staff responded:
    Dear Nicole,

This is still a very recent loss so it's understandable that you would be feeling depressed by it. That doesn't mean you have 'depression' though if you are concerned, please do see your doctor.

And start letting others in on how you are feeling. It's okay to get their support.

I am very sorry for your loss.
    NicoleSchaefer replied to Caprice_WebMD_Staff's response:
Thank you! And I will try to let others in.
    Caprice_WebMD_Staff replied to NicoleSchaefer's response:
You're very welcome, Nicole. And you are always welcome here too.
