    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Welcome to Grumpy Groupies!!! This group is open to every one. I hope that all my buddies will join and use it often. Sad or happy, NO discussion is taboo. I do ask that you use Trigger in the title when necessary. Hopefully we can have fun and also support those who are having a hard time. Muahs

[TRIGGER] Is this where you post personal problems? The people on the main board seem to love Christmas. All I remember is my step-father getting drunk and abusing me. I hated it year after year. Now when I see a tree I remember being raped by him as that was his favorite place after mom went to bed. I've been unemployed for over 3 years and have no money. I live alone and try to stretch what I can because going to the food pantry makes me feel like a slug. Last week I just wanted it all to end, but I was told to come here. The bipolar board was tough but people on the depression board welcomed me and helped. I got to the doctor and got meds. I hadn't been sleeping but have now. He said he would support me for disability which gives me hope. Cookie said I should work for a charity, hard to say I was hoping for a charity basket from the church. I hope in the new Year to get back on my feet. To get disability and be able to help others instead of being the one asking for help. Being bipolar, unemployed and even with a degree, there are no jobs in CA I can find. I have no money for gas to drive. Maybe I am just a drain on the world. I wish I wasn't.

I am the administer of this board. It was created by me.You are welcomed to post on here, but I ask that you please place a *TRIGGER* on posts such as these. A post like this could trigger many ppl. The last thing I want is for my members to be upset by any post.

Sometimes we have serious posts but most of the time we have fun, happy post where we just joke around and have fun. So I just wanted to warn you that majority of this board is a bunch of ppl messing around and telling jokes. I just didnt want you to be triggered by any posts.

Im sorry that you had a bad childhood and am having difficulties now as well.
When all else fails, go Bipolar all over their azzes!!

Always one thing to remember: no matter how hard you have it, there is ALWAYS someone else who has it ten times or more harder than you, somewhere out there.
