Welcome to Grumpy Groupies!!! This group is open to every one. I hope that all my buddies will join and use it often. Sad or happy, NO discussion is taboo. I do ask that you use Trigger in the title when necessary. Hopefully we can have fun and also support those who are having a hard time. Muahs

Hi

My hubby and I work in the same firm (a family firm). And he has been having issues with the GM (my hubby is second in line) He is so frustrated and angry with the colleague. He just cannot think or do anything rather than think about how to teach the other guy a lesson. I just want him to forgive and forget, which he says he cannot do. We have small kids at home and I want them to have a peaceful and happy atmosphere at home. I am so unhappy.

Ok, first, is this a family owned business? As in, his family owns it? Is he related to the GM? and what did the GM do to cause your husband such anger towards him?

If your husband is so miserable at work, then perhaps he should quit. Why work with a person who makes you angry?

Some ppl cant forgive or forget. I know someone just like that. Someone who cant get on with their life, just forget about the other ppl who they dont like. This person continues to try and *teach these ppl a lesson*. Its wasted time and energy.

Thanks for the reply

This is a business owned by maternal uncle. The GM is my cousin's husband. So my hubby and he can be called co-brothers.

That's what I also dont understand. I tried telling him that he is wasting his time and energy. But he doesnt get it. He WANTS to teach the other guy a lesson. I am squeezed in between all this.
