    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Welcome to Grumpy Groupies!!! This group is open to every one. I hope that all my buddies will join and use it often. Sad or happy, NO discussion is taboo. I do ask that you use Trigger in the title when necessary. Hopefully we can have fun and also support those who are having a hard time. Muahs

Ok, we have all been Olympic stars in our own bedroom. Im sure most of you have even won the gold medal. Please tell us about your Bedroom Gymnastic routines.

A few times when I was drunk and was trying to get into bed, I did a Tsukahara but landed badly on the floor. 0 points for me.

When we were younger and in better shape, me and my husband competed in Couples Bedroom Gymnastics. We would usually start with Touch Warm Ups. When we were ready, our routine would start.

First came the mount, then the ring leap, every now and then my husband would over shoot (we got deductions for that), then we would get into the tempo of our routine, front layout, then front tuck, front hand spring, then came the release move and we would both stick the landing. Routine scored a 10

Now since we are older our mattress routine time has shortened. We have no need to do warm ups. So we go right into our routine. Straight to the mount, front layout, our dismount has become tricky and most of the time we over shoot our release move. Total points 3.
