    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Welcome to Grumpy Groupies!!! This group is open to every one. I hope that all my buddies will join and use it often. Sad or happy, NO discussion is taboo. I do ask that you use Trigger in the title when necessary. Hopefully we can have fun and also support those who are having a hard time. Muahs

Seriously it does nothing for me. I know others swear by it, for everything from cholesterol, to regularity. I am using it right now just to make me full and keep me from over eating. But it has the opposite effect i.e. does not make me go, makes me stop...and I drink plenty of water, so I don't think I need it for that. Anyone else have that problem as well?

My gastroenterologist keeps encouraging me to eat more raw veggies to build bulk in my diet. For me, a raw stalk of broccoli on a plate is just screaming for some Ranch Dressing. Then the dressing reverses the value of the fiber.
