    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

Welcome to Grumpy Groupies!!! This group is open to every one. I hope that all my buddies will join and use it often. Sad or happy, NO discussion is taboo. I do ask that you use Trigger in the title when necessary. Hopefully we can have fun and also support those who are having a hard time. Muahs

Have any of you prepped for an emergency? If so, what emergencies and what have you done. I thought it would be a good to share ideas.

Here's a family emergency supply list:

Do you think we are pessimists because we are preppers? My mom and grandma always talked about emergencies and hard times comin' again, and probably because they grew up poor. I didn't grow up poor, but the 'prepare for the worst' mindset was passed on to me.

How have you planned to keep a supply of your meds? Do you think you will have better access to your meds because you are on disability?

There are a lot of people with mental illness doing without meds now. Do you think psych meds should be on the list of emergency medications?

BTW, my husband really likes the water storage tank.

Ive bought things at the dollar store and said to hubby "we can take this and use that over there, put the two together and use it as a ?". We are always coming up with cheap things that we can make.

As for medication, thats a tough one. I can live with out all meds except my asthma meds., if I absolutely had to. .so I have saved a three month supply of asthma meds.

    Keep prepping honey.
