Welcome to Grumpy Groupies!!! This group is open to every one. I hope that all my buddies will join and use it often. Sad or happy, NO discussion is taboo. I do ask that you use Trigger in the title when necessary. Hopefully we can have fun and also support those who are having a hard time. Muahs
J uses several diff nicknames. I can't remember them all, but they include "cream-filled long john", "meat puppet" (which is funny, because that's what I've always called people that I think are stupid followers without a mind of their own. His is funnier.) He also calls himself "muffin man" - Zappa has a song of the same name & part of the lyrics are:
"Some people... some people like cupcakes exclusively, while myself, I say
There is naught nor ought there be nothing so exalted on the face of gods grey Earth as that prince of foods... the muffin!
Girl you thought he was a man But he was a muffin He hung around till you found That he didn't know nuthin
Girl you thought he was a man But he only was a-puffin No cries is heard in the night As a result of him stuffin
I think most of our nicknames for each other came from either Zappa or Alex Harvey lyrics. (speaking of 80s music again - I loved The Sensational Alex Harvey Band!!!! Although I think more of their stuff was 70s, since Alex died in the 80s). Yep, me OT again...so what else is new?
