    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Hi. My question is that I have always had a pretty regular period. It has become really irregular since last month along with sweats, loss of concentration. I told my daughter about my symptoms (she is a nurse) and she said it wasnt uncommon. The symptom I am most concerned with is the vaginal bleeding. It is not a huge amount of blood but enough to be annoying. I have never had this before.I am not soaking thru or anything. I just need to find out what it can be. I am otherwise a very healthy active person.I am worried it is some other problem rather than perimenopausal symptoms.I have an appointment in a couple of days with my doctor so I just dont know what to expect.I dont know a lot about this end of things when it comes to menopause.Do you think it could be realy serious?
