Liver Count Blood work

Besides doctor prescribed medication what else can cause the liver count in blood work to go up? Can this happen will OTC-vitamins (i.e. Centrum)?

Many things can cause elevated liver enzymes:

If these are mildly elevated about the "norm" for the particular lab that ran these, don't worry about them.
