Breast question

Hello,

This am I noticed a collection of tiny red dots under my right areaola. They seemed to be right under the skin as they don't feel raised. There is no swelling, redness around it, just the red dots. I do see some pimples right near my nipple, but I think that may be unrelated as that is right on my areola. When I googled this it talks about inflammatory breast cancer, and of course I am freaked out now. They look like dark broken blood vessels. It could be due to my daughter grabbing my breast yesterday, but could her pinching the skin create this appearance? The best way to describe it is what some babies have a stork bite (rasberry) it is red and odd shapped like that. Are there other symptoms that would be associated with IBC that I would need to have? Thank you for your help!!
