Red spots

Hello,
I had asked a questions a few weeks ago in regards to developing red spots under my areola the day after my daughter squeezed the area near there. This happened probably abou 5 weeks or so ago. It looks like broken blood vessels and probably about 7 small spots. This has not changed in regards to amount. I am concerned because they have yet to fade away. I have no other issues with my breast. Is it possible that these red spots will never go away? I have a smiliar spot on my foot (looks like due to sandels); but I have had them for years, and still as red. Could this be an indicator of breast cancer if they never fade away??
