11 days late negative urine and blood results

I am 27 yrs old my tubes we're tied last year in Feb and my periods have always been regular since I can remember even after having my three kids that I ve had all natural. Recently I havent had a period since April 18th and I am now 11 days late I have taken two home pregnancy test both negative. I also taken one urine test at the hospital and a blood test at the hospital also negative. I still havent got a period yet and there is only now one day remaining in May I would like to know whats going on? I know that the only time I miss a period is when im pregnant but the hospital didnt seem to think so I am worried because my tubes are tied and I dont know if its a ectopic pregnancy or not

Sometimes one might skip ovulation during a cycle and without that, there will be no menstrual period that month.

No particular reason for this happening although it happens to many women at least once in their reproductive lifetime (and often more than once).

All your negative pregnancy tests have indicated that pregnancy is not an issue here.
