Hi, I am a 49 year old woman and since March of this year my periods have been super unpredictable.
Starting in March i was 14 days late and it was very heavy.
April, May and June i was 9 days early! I never know when I'm
going to start.
Is this normal?

At your age, you may be in peri-menopause. Erratic periods are one symptom. Yes, it's normal.
