Hi everybody I've heavy periods takin birth control pills was helping but I've been forgetting and last month I got it 3 times for 5 days each time besides the pills I need to know what else I can do or I've to keep taking pills forever? I got my tubes tied 8 years ago lot of chngs

Your forgetting to take your birth control pills may be the reason you bled so frequently.

Try a month where you take them each day as see if this helps with the heavy bleeding.

What your other possible solutions are depends very much on what is causing your bleeding. Do you know what is causing this?
