I've been on he same birth control pill for 10 years with no problem. The first week of May it was a few days late but normal for the usual 4-5 days. Then a week later, it came back. Since then, it has been off and on, sometimes normal period, but mostly light or brownish. When I have it, I get terrible headaches and feel tired. My new MD told me to take 3 pills a day for 3 days, 2 pills a day for 2 days and then go back to taking 1 pill per day. I'm really nervous to do that and afraid of how it might make me feel, but want things to get back to normal. Any suggestions? Thank you.
