Hello- I have PCOS for many years now, I have a long history of ovarian cysts. My periods have been coming very month, to two months. Last period was a month later. Tuesday I started having sensationa around my righ ovary as though I may havr a cyst. (tightning feeling/stabbing feeling). I felt it slightly on the left as well. It's been sporadic since then. Before I started having what can best be described as sharp gas pains throughout my abdomen. I've never felt a cyst rupture. Could this be a possible sign of it? Anything I should be concerned with, ot look out for? Thank you.
