On Mirena, could I be pregnant or something else?

I've been on Mirena IUD for 16 mo. Really haven't had a period since starting on it. [br>[br>About 2 weeks ago, I had really bad lower back pain that wouldn't go away and I couldn't sleep. Normally a visit to the chiropractor fixes this, but a few visits did nothing this time. My breasts were sore and painful during that time. [br>[br>Then, 5 days ago, I had cramping, again something that I haven't had at all since being on Mirena. I started brown spotting with some blood. The same the next day. Spotting and cramping stopped for four days, only to start again and be done with in a day. [br>[br>I took a pregnancy test on Tuesday, 7/10 but it was negative. I had a gyno appt on Friday 7/13. She said everything looked fine -- IUD was in place. No blood or urine tests were done. [br>[br>The past three days, I have bled with intercourse, definitely more so yesterday. Lower back pain is back and I am extremely tired, as in can't get out of bed in the morning after 8 hours of sleep tired. [br>[br>What is going on?
