Diarreha right before period starts

Has anyone experienced diarreha right before their periods start. I have endometriosis going on and ive noticed that my last 2 periods ive had diarreha..it goes away as soon as period starts. Im also on junel birth control pills to control my heavy flow. Not much difference but i do get some relief.

Many women report that bowel movements are looser the day before their period starts. My gyn confirmed this. In fact it's one of my most trusted symptoms that I'm about to get my period - that and a rather unique headache. Both arrive either the day before or the day of my period starting. Or at least they used to before perimenopause arrived and now almost nothing is predictable anymore!
