Need Advice/Period worrisome

Before I expand on my main topic I must explain that I do not have health insurance, I do not have the money to see a doctor, and I do not have good enough credit to get anything like "Care Credit" to see a doctor either. Expensive tests and treatments are completely out of the question.

My husband and I are very worried. My periods have always been right on par. I start light day one (starts late afternoon between 4-7), then I bleed "like a stuck pig" with extreme back pain (because of a spinal issue) for 4 days (I go though an 'Ultra' tampon in 1.5-2 hours), then go back down to light for another 4 days (totaling 9 days). Its been like this since I was 14 (originally started at 10). My husband keeps better track of my actual cycle than I do, but he has always been able to predict when I will start + or - 1 day. Needless to say, I'm extremely regular and predictive, if not a little odd. I've had 2 children, been pregnant 3 times, and after both children were born I bled for 6 months then became regular again.

I started my period on July 5th. It was exactly like all the others and ended on July 13th. On July 18th, I started ANOTHER one! Exactly the same as before, like the first one never happened.

Now, I am not pregnant. I know this for a fact. My husband had a vasectomy 12 years ago, and we've had unprotected sex now for 6 years on a regular basis. We have had a lot get in the way these last few months (mainly business trips) and the last time we had sex was 3 weeks ago. Also, with all 3 pregnancies I knew 100% that I was pregnant within 3-4 weeks of fertilization. No tests needed, but I did take one to be sure.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? When would it be necessary to skip a bill and take a trip to the doc, or ER? Should I call my doctor's office and ask to speak with the on call nurse? Mainly, should I be worried?

Unfortunately, no one on an internet board can tell you what's going on. You at least need to talk to your doctor's nurse. If there is a Planned Parenthood near you, they offer low-cost gynecological services.
