hI Jane I want to tell you once again for given me alot of help it has been great anyways a little bit about what has gone on today I went to my GYN we talked for almost 40min before doing somewhat of an exam. He couldn't do a spec to much swelling and he barly touched me and I backed away it hurt so bad he saw a severe amount of dicharge white and he was able to look in the vagina opening saw some yellow discharge also some tearing below the opening which he might have to stitch up but when hopefully everything calms down anyways he gave me diflucan 150mg 3 days 1 today repeat every 48hrs. and he is going to see me on the 7th or sooner if I start bleeding I am supost to call the office and if he isn't there I will be worked in with one of the other DOCs or ARNP's and on the weekend or at night I have strict ordors to go to the ER and page the OBGYN on call ASAP. because it could mean my nitrate didn't work since he couldn't see that far in. Then I got dressed wiped the tears from my eyes and he came back in and we had the Talk he said no sex nothing until he okays it and he will help me with any pain I might have. I really know now that He is AMAZING and he actually cares he also is talking personally with an imunalogyst and infectious disease specialists at mayo who I will probably have to go see also. To add to the mix I reijured my back severly can hardly walk I am on prednizone 4pills a dose for a week then 3 pills a dose a wk. 2p. a week then 1p. a week. also had to have two chortazone injections yesturday by my Pain specialist and also lortab 5/350 3 times a day and flexeril 3 times a day and Bactricin 3 times a day and then also a pro-biotic I cant work until I can lift 10lbs. I am a mess emotionally and physically and mentally I talked with all my Docs today about how I was doing and I said not well I cry everytime I see a baby when I go to the GYN office and at home when I SEE one on t.v so now my GYN is going to have me come right to the back area to check in and then to his exam room. Until I can heal in all the mental physical emotional ways. Wow that is alot. Oh and yes I am seeing a counselor for all this stuff and healing touch at my church. Then friends family and Boyfriend.

Dear smjpain: Wow, that is a lot of things to deal with at once. Thank heavens for the support of your friends, family, boyfriend, and church. It is great that your GYN has hung in there despite all the complications. We are so glad that you could have the sex conversation with your GYN, and that you are seeing a counselor to deal with your multiple losses (economic, emotional, sexual, and health).

You have had such a long term relationship with all the members of our Women's Health Community; people are pulling for you to come through. If you are willing, would you share a photo of yourself? That way we could have an image on which to project our support/wishes/prayers-meditations.

Yours,
Jane
