am 29y/o had a baby a year ago for the last 6 months i have had more than 2 periods every month since the 1st of this month i have had 3 they get more painful as they come now im passing clots im not preg. nor have i been in the passed year what can i do

You can get this checked out medically. While there is a tendency to assume every incident of abnormal vaginal bleeding is due to a menstrual period, there can be other medical issues that can cause this bleeding.

These abnormal incidents of vaginal bleeding need to be checked out medically.
