I don't have anything in my regular inbox and I must have emptied my spam mailbox because the earliest e-mail I have in there is July 19.

Kittycat, it looks like you've changed your screen name? Just a slight difference. And we sent an email to the address tied to your original screen name.

Please write to us from that original screen name if possible at communitymanagement@webmd.net and put 'Attention: Caprice' in the subject line and we'll work this out. If that's not possible, write with your current one.

I did change my screen name because I was having trouble logging in under my old username.

Also, I still use my original screen name. I use my original screen name on my home computer and my new one on my work computer.

I was unable to log in using my original screen name on my work computer so I created a new screen name to use at work.
