I am 18 and I just got my period, kinda, which I was expecting to get almost two weeks ago, but it's not a normal period. It's brown blood, not red whatsoever, and very light compaired to usual. I have severe cramps, extremely tired, anemic, and I feel like vomiting. I am sexually active also.

The brown blood is likely simply old blood as your menstrual period was late and over time, the lining of the uterus can darken.

Are you getting treament for your anemia? You are using protection for sexual intercourse, correct?
