Essentially, ever since my mid to late teens (i'm now 26) i've not had a normal period that would 1) show up when it was suppose to (it likes to just disappear for months and then only come for a quick panty liner and leave again for who knows how long) 2) experienced classic menopause symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats and random other things i didn't know where symptoms until my Dr. told me.)
Fast forward to now: i still don't have a normal period (if it does decide to show up it's usually only worth a panty liner or two,) i still have hot flashes, i have sharp shooting pains in my ovaries, and Feb./ March 2012 a 3x2 inch chunk of my uterus lining fell out (sadly i was between Doctors and didn't save it for testing.)
My symptoms just keep getting more and more pronounced but my labs for PCOS all came back "normal" and now the new doctor just thinks i'm pregnant (which i'm tired of Doctors thinking that instead of looking for something else since i'm not pregnant and cannot be pregnant- there's a pretty big requirement to pregnancy and i'm not going near it until we figure out what's going on with my female bits first.)

So, if it's not PCOS, what else could it be? Why don't i have a normal period like other women? What is with the stabbing, sometimes searing pain in my ovaries? What was with that chunk of lining that fell out a few months ago? Why can't any doctor i go to figure out what's wrong with me? Why do any doctor i go to just assume i'm making it all up after they test my thyroids and (sometimes) do a "PCOS panel" and they come back "normal?"

Can anyone help me?
