Hi Jalne just wanted to let you know about the questions you asked me one thing the breast is alot better, tommrow I find out my culture results. My Boyfriend did not cum in me but we did rub up on each other plus the condom broke because it was old. Anyways tonight we tryed again he got lambskin condoms but no go It hurt so bad he couldn't get in at all we used alot of lubrication we tryed for about two hours in many positions he even just used his fingers and it was so tight it wouldn't happen plus when he was trying to put his penis in me I started getting sharp cramping sensation in my lower abdomen so something is wrong and it also felt like I was tearing a little. we did every position but no go. I didn't even have an orgasim when he was fingering me and touching my clitoris hurt also I have an ice pack down there now. So then I started to cry I am so scared something is seriously wrong with me. I am glad I am going to see my GYN on tuesday he is defently going to have to check things out down there which will be very painful and also do STD test not fun but I hurt so bad I hope I don't cry I will have to let there nurse hold my hand. I also am spotting alot afterwords and having some discharge it is milky like and smells like fish. Could I have a pelvic infection, oh Jane I just don't get it.

Jane Harrison Hohner, RN, RNP responded:
Dear smjpain: If someone had had repeated experiences of pain when trying to have intercourse, it would be no surprise that an orgasm wouldn't arrive (even with favorable stimulation). Worry and pain are not usually conducive to great sex. Repeated attempts which result in pan can even lead to vaginismus (involuntary contraction of the muscles around the vagina which will block a tampon or penis).

If your boyfriend did not ejaculate, it would be unlikely for you to have an STD (except for maybe genital herpes or wart virus). You can get the usual STD checks, but I would hope and expect that they would be negative.

Glad to hear the breast mass is better. Let us know how things go on Tuesday. It would be great if the cultures provided a clear answer.

Yours,
Jane
