Awkward back bones :/ is it just me?

I have a strangely bony back... not even underweight too. My boyfriend always points this out. I tried looking for images of other people with it... no luck

feel like I'm deformed a bit... Here's a pic of what it's like. Anyone else have these two pointy bones sticking out?
