Ok heres the thing...I had my daughter 3yrs ago by c-section and had my tubes clamped at that time.I have had my periods on time every month havent missed one they last for about four days...well for the last few months I have been having a moving feeling in my belly and it feels like a baby moving...I have taken home pregnancy tests but they have come back neg. Could i be pregnant without knowing it? I cant think of any other things besides the movement in my belly for being pregnant, thats why Im wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else? I want to go to the doctors but I just dont know if this is in my head but Ive had kids beofre and know what a baby feels like when they move...can anyone help with this and let me know if this has happened to anyone else? Thank you

If you'll search down the list here you'll find a posting with many comments from women who experience the same sensation yet are not pregnant.

Ok some women have phantom kicks. It feels like a baby but it is not. If you think you are pregnant go to the doctor have a test and ultra sound. Dont let them push you around you tell them your insurance is paying for it and that those are the things you want done.
and dont do urine tell them you want a blood test. anything above a 5 you are pregnant.
I am not a dr but i have experience.
